In 2017, I took my first course on applying keratin extensions. This two-day training was passionately delivered by Veva and Valérie.
I couldn’t have asked for a better start in placing extensions than the one I received then; everything was explained very precisely and in the deepest detail about how to apply keratin extensions dermatologically correctly.
For half a year, under the supervision and support of Veva and Valérie, I applied extensions on models until everything was placed correctly down to the smallest detail before moving on to actual salon work.

I have been working with hair extensions for over two decades now. In our salon, we apply multiple extensions, fill-ins, and volumes for our loyal customers every week. The extensions have been in for 5 weeks now. The hair is truly of superior quality. I had 150 pieces placed, much thicker than previous times. Also, much less hair loss when combing. No tangles; the brush glides effortlessly through. I have the impression that this hair also dries much faster. Super satisfied and excellent service afterward. A real recommendation.

My first experience with HXE is absolutely top-notch. After 23 years of placing extensions, I never thought anything could convince me with even better quality than what I had been used to for so long. Against all my expectations, I was pleasantly surprised by the HXE extensions. The hair is incredibly soft and very easy to comb. Suddenly receiving the diagnosis that you have a malignant tumor in your body brings many different emotions with it, but on top of that, being told that you will lose all your hair was much worse for me. I was lucky that the decision came quickly that I was going to heal, but losing my hair as a side effect of the medication was hell! Physically and mentally, you are already struggling with everything coming your way, and on top of that, you lose everything that makes you a woman. I couldn’t accept that I was going to become someone ‘different’, a cancer patient. The image that society has of this haunted my thoughts for weeks. I have the character to quickly find escape routes to escape from the reality facing me. I researched so much on how I could best hide my appearance. Soon, I came across Veva Brands. I needed to know when I could get extensions and if this was even possible. Everyone around me thought I was crazy, but I could understand that I was obsessed with getting my hair back as soon as possible. My hair is my identity, and I didn’t choose to be bald and start over with 0 cm of hair. During my first meeting with my hairdresser, she told me that I could get extensions starting from 4 cm in length. She showed me a photo of a woman with the same issue who had been helped by Veva Brands. During my treatment period, I looked at this so much, and it became my anchor to look forward to the end of December, because from then I could place my extensions. For four months, I walked around with my short cut. My surroundings were already getting used to seeing me like this, but I couldn’t give my new identity a place. Patience is not in my character, and if I can avoid it, I do it with great pleasure. The feeling of being able to brush through my hair again, pushing my hair behind my ears, curling, styling, or brushing it, even putting a clip in it, all those desires grew larger and larger. You can’t imagine what it’s like when all that suddenly falls away, and when you know that this feeling will stay away for a long time because your own hair doesn’t grow back quickly enough. It’s all small daily actions, but they are so important, and you only realize this when they are gone. I was very euphoric when the moment arrived that in just a few hours, I would get long hair back. The feeling that flowed through my body that from that day on I would go through life with long hair is indescribable! At first, I had to get used to the hair addition, to what I could and couldn’t do with it, but soon I got used to everything. I gladly spent time doing my hair. I found it a blissful feeling to be able to do all those actions again because only women going through the same thing truly understand what it feels like to walk around for months without hair. Due to the medication, you lose a part of yourself for a long period, but thanks to the technique my hairdresser from Veva Brands applied to me, I found myself again. My own hair grew beautifully every month without any damage. I am so grateful to my hairdresser and Veva Brands for all their understanding, patience, time, and driven enthusiasm to help me so that I could see myself in the mirror again or when a photo was taken of me.
